NSA LEAGUE PLAYER ENTRY FORM

Please fill in the form below if you would like to be considered to play squash in the 2023 NSA League season. ALL club members, new and old, are required to fill in the form below if you would like to play league squash for Centurion Squash Club in 2023.

DEADLINE: Entries close 25 January 2023.

League Fees: R575 per player for the year.
Squash SA Fee: R210 per player for the year.
Above fees payable by 28 February 2023.
